In five parts. Here's the whole story, start to finish
How it Works

We own the process.

1

Your payroll specialist resource

We manage payroll across the region, specialists reviewing every run, keeping up with the latest statutory rates.

2

Send us the Instructions - OT hours, starters and leavers.

You send the changes for the month - we handle everything statutory from there.

3

Seven tracked steps, every cycle.

Your data comes in, we calculate the numbers, a specialist reviews the run, you approve it, we file it, and your team gets paid.

All accurately calculated, filed and current as rates change.

5

A compliant, reviewed payroll

Every cycle: numbers checked by a specialist, filings submitted on time, payslips sent, and your team paid!

Run a free parallel cycle

What you send each month

  • Changes to pay: hours worked, overtime, bonuses, allowances and deductions
  • Starters, with the details we need to register them for statutory schemes
  • Leavers and their last working dates
  • Promotions or changes in role or pay

Personal and salary data goes through a secure intake your specialist sets up with you, never through website forms.

What you get back

  • A reviewed payroll for your approval, with exceptions flagged
  • Payslips for every employee
  • Filing-ready statutory returns for each country, prepared and submitted
  • Bank files for payment
  • Payroll and headcount reports

Why statutory dates matter

Each country has its own monthly due dates, from the 7th in Tanzania to the 15th in Uganda and Rwanda. Missing them is the most common and avoidable payroll penalty. See the deadlines guide.

Questions

Do I need payroll software?

No. We run payroll for you, so you do not configure or maintain anything.

What if rates change?

Specialists keep up with statutory changes in each country and apply them, so you are not tracking regulations yourself. For example, see Uganda's PAYE changes from July 2026 or Kenya's NSSF limits from February 2026.

How do I try it?

Start with a free parallel run: one cycle alongside your current payroll, with no commitment.
